Telemarketing Officer

About the role

The Telemarketing Officer will generate applications for BDO credit cards, installment programs and loan bookings through outbound calls. The role requires maintaining high‑quality, accurate application data while meeting daily call targets. Regular reporting on application volume and call‑list performance is also a key part of the position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound call campaigns to prospective clients to secure applications for credit cards, installment facilities and loan bookings.
• Achieve the agreed number of call attempts, contacts and conversion ratios for each campaign.
• Process all names on the provided call list and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Prepare detailed reports on applications received.
• Generate call‑list tracking reports for each campaign.
• Maintain application quality by verifying completeness, authenticity and validity of information.
• Follow sales and marketing scripts and promote cross‑selling of related programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas.
