About the role

The Telemarketing Officer will focus on generating applications for BDO credit cards, installment programs, and loan bookings. The role involves outbound calling, ensuring data quality, and preparing regular reports on campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to secure credit card, installment, and loan applications.
  • Meet the predefined number of call attempts, contacts, and conversion ratios for each campaign.
  • Process every name on the call list provided by the Telemarketing Unit.
  • Verify the completeness, authenticity, and validity of all application information.
  • Follow sales and marketing scripts and promote cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on applications received and call‑list tracking.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas.
