Telemarketer – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

You will work from home making outbound calls to small‑business owners, promoting our web‑development services, and handling inbound inquiries. The position involves scheduling appointments for prospects to speak with a web designer.

Key responsibilities

• Use a dialing platform to place outbound calls to potential clients.
• Present and explain website design services to small‑business owners.
• Answer inbound calls from interested prospects.
• Schedule qualified leads for follow‑up appointments with the design team.

Required profile

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in appointment setting or outbound calling.
• Reliable home office setup (computer, internet access, headset).
• Ability to work US Eastern business hours (7:45 am‑4:00 pm EST) and optional overtime.
• Team‑player attitude and good customer‑handling abilities.
