Telemarketer

About the role

The Telemarketer will drive outbound outreach for Traxion’s fintech portfolio, starting with QRPH and expanding to services such as CTM, TraxionPayMe, and GiveOnline Today. This performance‑driven position focuses on presenting, pitching, and closing sales with a strong emphasis on hitting KPIs and converting leads.

Key responsibilities

• Gather warm and hot leads from marketing campaigns, trackers, or CRM, organized by vertical.
• Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads across sectors like restaurants, schools, and hospitals.
• Present and pitch QRPH and other fintech products, qualify prospects, and move them toward a sale.
• Handle objections with expert product knowledge and a value‑selling approach.
• Schedule demo calls or close customers directly when possible.
• Maintain lead trackers with 100% accuracy and submit end‑of‑day KPI scorecards.
• Collaborate with marketing for proposals, collaterals, and support.
• Provide weekly reports on objections, insights, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities with a focus on closing.
• Aggressive, target‑oriented mindset and comfort in high‑volume calling environments.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to adapt quickly to feedback.
• Bachelor’s or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
