Teleconsult Doctor – Remote with Onsite Training

About the role

The Teleconsult Doctor is a core member of MedGrocer’s medical team, delivering high‑quality remote care to patients across the Philippines. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, provide wellness advice, and use the company’s digital platform to make healthcare accessible and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non‑emergency health concerns received through the hotline.
• Manage and monitor patients with chronic diseases, developing and adjusting care plans remotely.
• Assess patients’ conditions and refer them to appropriate primary‑care networks or specialists when in‑person evaluation is required.
• Issue e‑prescriptions, laboratory requests, and other medical documents via the digital platform.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Attend a two‑week onsite training period, then report onsite once a week (Tue, Thu, Fri, 8 AM‑5 PM).

Required profile

• Registered physician with a current PRC license.
• Open to both new board passers and experienced physicians.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital health platforms.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
