Teleconsult Doctor – Remote Medical Care

About the role

The Teleconsult Doctor joins MedGrocer’s digital health team to provide high‑quality remote medical care to patients across the Philippines. Working from a hybrid schedule, you will use the company’s platform to diagnose, treat, and guide patients with both acute and chronic conditions, ensuring accessible and integrated healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non‑emergency health concerns received through the hotline.
• Manage and monitor patients with chronic diseases, developing and adjusting care plans remotely.
• Assess patient conditions and refer them to appropriate primary‑care networks or specialists when in‑person evaluation is required.
• Issue e‑prescriptions, laboratory requests, and other medical documents via the digital platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Required profile

• Registered physician with a current PRC license.
• Open to new board passers as well as experienced physicians.
• Willing to complete a two‑week onsite training period and report onsite three days per week (Tue, Thu, Fri, 8 AM‑5 PM).
• Based in or able to work in Makati City.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Comfortable using digital health platforms and related technology.
