Teleconsult Doctor (Hybrid) – Makati

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Teleconsult Doctor to join its digitally‑enabled medicine team. You will provide remote medical consultations to patients across the Philippines while supporting chronic disease management and wellness advice through our digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non‑emergency health concerns received via the hotline.
• Manage and monitor patients with chronic diseases, adjusting care plans remotely.
• Assess patient conditions and refer them to primary‑care networks or specialists when in‑person evaluation is required.
• Issue e‑prescriptions, laboratory requests, and other medical documents through the platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Required profile

• Registered physician with a current PRC license.
• Open to new board passers as well as experienced physicians.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital health platforms.
• Willing to work in Makati and attend a 2‑week onsite training period, followed by a weekly onsite schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri, 8 AM‑5 PM).
