Technology Support Specialist (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technology Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will provide first‑line technical assistance to patients and internal staff, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal users, handling hardware, software and network inquiries.
• Deliver technical support via phone, email or remote tools, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with system updates, patches and routine maintenance to keep platforms secure and reliable.
• Log all user‑reported incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Provide user training and best‑practice guidance for systems, software and equipment.
• Support setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of devices such as desktops, laptops, iPads and mobile phones.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to roll out new technologies, upgrades and improvements.

Required profile

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support, network administration or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, iPads, mobile devices).
• Software troubleshooting.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, especially for Apple environments.
• Data analysis and interpretation of automated system logs.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
