Technology Experience Specialist – Studio

About the role

Netflix is seeking a Technology Experience Specialist to support internal staff and external partners who use Studio technology. You will investigate user friction, document patterns, and work with subject‑matter experts to improve the overall technology experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance requests.
• Investigate, document, and categorize user interactions to identify trends and root causes.
• Prioritize and triage technical issues, research bugs, and participate in incident/outage management workflows.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate partner teams and maintain robust documentation.
• Compose and submit bug reports, recommend feature enhancements, and develop self‑service solutions.
• Identify patterns across 1st‑ and 3rd‑party technologies using Zendesk tickets and maintain the User Experience Jira space.
• Collaborate with global teams to bridge user experience insights with partner teams.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and support evolving Studio tools as needed.
