Technology Account Management – Director / Senior Analyst (Real Time Payments)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for senior professionals to join its Technology Account Management (TAM) team for Real‑Time Payments (RTP) in the Philippines. The Director and Senior Analyst will lead the delivery of RTP products and services to operators and clients, ensuring successful onboarding, integration and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RTP initiatives from concept to production, defining functional requirements with clients and operators.
• Provide technical guidance, develop integration solutions, and manage performance across delivery phases.
• Deliver post‑production support, including troubleshooting, log analysis, migration assistance and testing.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, operators and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate release management, regression testing, and client training sessions.
• Collaborate with country leads, account managers, product leaders and regional O&T to prioritize releases and maintenance.
• Support production migrations, address settlement issues and ensure timely delivery of reports.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Real‑Time Payments integration and technical support.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for client onboarding and training.
