About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technician to support the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet kitchens, working closely with the Engineering Department. The role involves both operational and administrative tasks to help meet the hotel’s performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day running of outlet kitchens, ensuring equipment functions reliably.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment following safety and predictive maintenance procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air‑conditioning systems.
