Technician IV – Manufacturing Process Technician

About the role

As a Technician IV in Manufacturing, you will support production quality, process optimization, and equipment qualification in a high‑scale electronics manufacturing environment. You will work closely with process engineers to improve yield, resolve quality issues, and assist with experimental builds and engineering trials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform KIV checks on critical tool parameters such as clamping speed and picker teaching.
• Qualify equipment after setup, conversion, or configuration changes.
• Support yield‑improvement initiatives and engineering trials led by process engineers.
• Provide technical support for internal and external customer quality issues.
• Participate in ASM line OCAP activities and address feedback from backend teams.
• Build test pieces for line maintenance to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Electrical Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in equipment setup, qualification, tool conversion, and process verification.
• Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Equipment troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Equipment qualification following setup or conversion.
• Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ability to build test pieces for line maintenance.
