Technician A

About the role

We are looking for a Technician A to join our Motor Automation area. In this position you will support the maintenance, diagnosis and continuous improvement of industrial machinery and equipment, directly contributing to safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic failures.
• Work with PLCs and other automated control systems.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and equipment redesign initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to new team members.

Required profile

• Technical or professional degree in Electromechanics, Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Proven experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and use technical tools.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation and teamwork mindset.
