Technical Trainer

About the role

The Technical Trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that enable employees to improve their customer service, technical support, and sales skills. The role focuses on motivating learners, assessing performance gaps, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver FST, PST, and Nesting classes for new hires and existing staff.
• Conduct coaching sessions to evaluate skill and behavior gaps.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, and Operations teams to schedule and manage training cohorts.
• Submit post‑class reports, endorse agents for progression, and record observations for each trainee.
• Provide training on customer service, sales, and process knowledge.
• Partner with clients to conduct training needs analysis, design learning content, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Identify learning gaps affecting performance and deliver operational support to close them.
• Manage end‑to‑end training projects from concept through implementation and revision.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a trainer in a BPO environment, preferably covering customer service, technical support, and sales campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in employee development or related functions.
• People‑oriented, collaborative team player.
