About the role
We are looking for a proactive Technical Support professional to assist in the planning and execution of virtual events. The role focuses on ensuring smooth Zoom sessions and providing on‑site assistance to event teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, test, and manage Zoom meetings and webinars for internal and client events.
- Provide real‑time technical support during live virtual events.
- Coordinate with event planners to ensure all virtual components are ready and functional.
- Document issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose improvements for future events.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented with a customer‑service mindset.
- Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced office environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Zoom (meeting setup, webinar management, troubleshooting).
