Technical Recruiter – Remote Independent Contractor

About the role

Huzzle is looking for a high‑caliber Technical Recruiter to join a fast‑paced, fully remote team. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sourcing and placing top talent for engineering, IT infrastructure, and SAP roles across high‑growth international companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality candidates using advanced sourcing, networking, and headhunting techniques.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define specialized candidate profiles and technical requirements.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess hard skills and cultural fit.
• Represent Huzzle’s brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in IT, software engineering, and SAP sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level technical recruitment experience (or 3 years at a mid‑level).
• Proven track record hiring across software engineering, IT infrastructure, or ERP/SAP domains.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and engineering role nuances.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Ability to work independently in a results‑driven, high‑growth environment.
