Technical Project Manager (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of multiple engineering initiatives for a remote team based in the Philippines. The role focuses on turning ideas into production‑ready solutions, ensuring clear priorities, smooth coordination and on‑time releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned projects end‑to‑end, from intake and planning through execution, release and follow‑up.
• Define and maintain clear plans, milestones, owners, timelines and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate API‑related workstreams, capturing logs, repro steps and documentation, and drive issues to closure.
• Align Engineering, Operations, QA and Leadership around priorities, run stand‑ups or focused syncs, and manage dependencies to avoid rework.
• Lead incident and bug triage, assess urgency versus backlog, and ensure fixes are validated, released and communicated.
• Continuously improve usage of ClickUp, Confluence and Slack by creating templates, standards and workflows.
• Serve as the primary communication point for initiatives, sharing concise updates on progress, next steps and blockers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering coordination or a similar role.
• Strong experience with ClickUp or comparable project‑management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with developers and participating in technical discussions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow through in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
