Technical Project Manager (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple engineering initiatives. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will ensure projects move from concept to production smoothly, predictably, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned projects end‑to‑end, from intake and planning through execution, release, and follow‑up.
• Define clear plans, milestones, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate API‑related work streams, including bugs, client issues, new fields, and enhancements.
• Align Engineering, Operations, QA, and Leadership around priorities and timelines, running stand‑ups and syncs as needed.
• Lead incident and bug triage, assess urgency, and partner with leadership to confirm priorities.
• Continuously improve processes and tools such as ClickUp, Confluence, and Slack.
• Provide concise updates on progress, blockers, and risks to maintain stakeholder visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of following through on commitments.
