Technical Project Manager (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines and serve as a key local anchor for our engineering operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on technical experience (junior to mid‑level) who is ready to take ownership of team coordination, project delivery, and people management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project execution and ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively drive solutions.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align on priorities and timelines.
• Support local team management and development, including onboarding and day‑to‑day guidance.
• Help build a strong and stable team culture in the Philippines.
• Act as a key point of contact between local engineers and regional/global teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure clear alignment.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration across different regions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong ownership and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage tasks, priorities, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Management or lead experience in outsourcing/service‑based environments (preferred).
• Exposure to team coordination, people management, or project leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Any exposure to AI‑related projects or tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in learning Mandarin in a professional environment.
