Technical Project Manager – Night Shift Remote

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Technical Project Manager to support cross‑functional teams and ensure seamless execution of project workflows using Azure DevOps. This night‑shift, work‑from‑home position focuses on driving alignment, maintaining visibility, and fostering consistent project management practices across US‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task boards in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple teams to meet goals and deadlines.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, meetings, and follow‑ups for development teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and progress tracking.
• Keep team boards up‑to‑date, reflecting current priorities and status.
• Assist in planning, deployment, handover, documentation, and scheduling of completed work.
• Identify risks, delays, and blockers and work with leaders to resolve them.
• Prepare simple reports and updates for management on project progress.
• Champion consistent work‑management practices and guide teams in basic Agile principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project‑management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proficient English (spoken and written); American accent is a plus.
• Comfortable working full‑time night shift (9 am EST – 6 pm EST) remotely.
• Experience supporting US‑based or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks (3+ years).
