Technical Project Manager

About the role

CSI Interfusion is expanding its engineering hub in the Philippines and seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead the local team. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, coordinate with global stakeholders, and help shape the engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day execution and on‑time delivery of engineering projects.
• Track progress, surface risks early, and drive corrective actions.
• Align priorities and timelines across cross‑functional, global teams.
• Coordinate, onboard, and support the growth of the local engineering team.
• Act as the primary link between local engineers and global teams in the US, China, and India.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical tasks.
• Improve workflows, efficiency, and delivery processes as the organization scales.
• Support hiring and team build‑out initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development, technical project management, or engineering delivery.
• Solid understanding of software workflows such as APIs, backend systems, and the software development lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving ability, and multi‑stakeholder management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City.
