Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead technology and systems integration initiatives for our diverse food‑and‑hospitality brands. Based in Mandaluyong City, you will coordinate internal IT teams and external developers to deliver high‑quality digital solutions that support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology and systems integration projects.
• Analyze existing software and departmental workflows.
• Design and implement integration strategies using APIs, workflows, and data flows.
• Ensure systems communicate effectively and support business operations.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage external developers and technology vendors.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Review architecture, implementation, and project deliverables.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
• Guide and upskill the internal IT team.
• Implement best practices in project management and systems coordination.
• Communicate project updates clearly with stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4‑5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or IT project management.
• 2‑3 years of managerial or team‑lead experience.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work with both business and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating with third‑party developers or vendors.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Deep understanding of how systems and integrations work; coding knowledge is a plus.
