Technical Project Administrator – Construction (Remote, UK Mid‑Shift)

About the role

The Technical Project Administrator will support the Handover team by providing technical and project administration assistance. This fully remote position follows a UK mid‑shift schedule, offering a Monday‑to‑Friday work week with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise project documentation related to construction handovers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Track project milestones, update status reports, and monitor deadlines.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for handover activities.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical reports and handover packages.

Required profile

• Experience in project administration within the construction sector.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to a UK mid‑shift schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
