Technical Learning Consultant

About the role

Join Aurecon as a Technical Learning Consultant and support the delivery of our Graduate Technical Mastery program and future learning initiatives. You will work closely with technical leaders, SMEs, and the People team to ensure high‑quality technical learning experiences for early‑ and mid‑career professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the Graduate Technical Mastery program, coordinating 66 modules across nine disciplines.
• Partner with Discipline Leaders, Technical Community Leaders and SMEs to develop and deliver technical learning content.
• Create and distribute calendar invites, speaker bios and course descriptions.
• Produce learning assets – basic audio and video editing, quality checks, metadata and skills tagging, cover images and thumbnails.
• Publish content on the AureconU LMS, monitor completion rates and generate reports.
• Compile attendance lists and coordinate bulk uploads into Workday/AureconU.
• Manage translation workflows with external providers for localized content.
• Organise source files and maintain the course library in SharePoint.
• Design and implement workflows to streamline the technical learning experience.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Learning, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in Learning & Development, training administration, assessment or a comparable learning environment.
• Proven ability to manage learning programs and collaborate with technical stakeholders.
