Technical Lead - Night Shift

About the role

This senior IT Support Engineer (Level 3) serves as the top internal escalation point for complex tickets and project work, operating on a night‑shift schedule. You will partner closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure all assignments are completed within SLA and will lead new client onboarding and infrastructure deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated tickets and project assignments, maintaining clear communication with the service dispatcher.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, identify root causes, and improve documentation and processes.
• Lead Microsoft 365 and cloud initiatives, including migrations, architecture (M365, Entra ID, Intune) and automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Design, deploy and support Cisco Meraki network solutions—security, segmentation, VPNs and advanced troubleshooting across client environments.
• Oversee client onboarding and project delivery, ensuring secure, reliable IT infrastructure aligned with business and security goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling high‑complexity IT support tickets and projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work night‑shift hours.
• Demonstrated leadership in client onboarding and infrastructure deployment.
