About the role

Join a global program as a Technical IT Recruiter, working remotely to source and place specialized technology talent. You will own key hiring initiatives, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure successful hires for critical technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage qualified technical candidates for a variety of roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track candidates and report on hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
