Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager acts as the primary technology liaison between ECLARO’s Philippines delivery teams and the client’s US‑based technology organization. This position blends technical awareness with delivery management, stakeholder communication, and people leadership to ensure successful execution across multiple technology disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day technology liaison between the client’s US tech organization and ECLARO’s Philippines teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client technology managers, product owners, architects and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non‑technical parties.
• Lead operational reviews, governance meetings and executive status discussions, tracking action items to completion.
• Coordinate delivery across software development, QA/test engineering, business intelligence & reporting, infrastructure & network operations, production & application support, and other technology functions.
• Monitor delivery health, capacity, utilization, quality and schedule adherence.
• Escalate risks early with practical recommendations and manage major incidents following ECLARO’s Incident Management Process.
• Manage team performance through regular 1:1 and team meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as a technology liaison or delivery manager for distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Experience overseeing multiple technology disciplines simultaneously.
• Leadership capability to guide and develop remote technical teams.
