Technical Delivery Manager – Client Site

About the role

Umpisa Inc. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closure of client‑site projects. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure deliverables are prepared, tracked, and handed over successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present kickoff decks, project management plans, schedules, warranty support contracts, and closure reports.
• Coordinate communication and alignment with key project stakeholders, including the client’s product and project managers.
• Track and report implementation progress according to agreed frequencies.
• Facilitate user access to internal tools for development and testing logistics.
• Manage product release activities (promotion to production) in collaboration with business units and the client.
• Prioritize IT projects during business and demand planning cycles.
