About the role

TalentPop is seeking a senior‑level Technical Customer Service Representative to provide high‑quality support through the Gorgias CRM platform. This fully remote position works with global e‑commerce teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance via email, chat, and troubleshooting within Gorgias.
• Analyze support data and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
• Own ticket resolution from start to finish, ensuring timely closure.
• Monitor backlogs and maintain prompt response times.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support customer success.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using Gorgias.
• Minimum 1 year in technical support or troubleshooting roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and self‑motivation.
• Experience in e‑commerce or SaaS support is a plus.
