Technical Account Manager – AI‑Enabled Customer Success

About the role

ClickUp is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted partner for assigned customers. The role blends relationship management with deep knowledge of ClickUp’s AI‑driven platform, helping customers onboard, adopt, and expand usage while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation using ClickUp’s discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
• Monitor account health, drive adoption through standard plays, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Analyze customer workflows, configure ClickUp solutions, and recommend optimizations based on best‑practice templates.
• Promote AI and automation adoption, configure AI agents, and track usage against plans.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and services teams to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells.

Required profile

• Strong consultative discovery skills with the ability to map complex workflows into ClickUp solutions.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, capable of building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized project management style able to juggle multiple accounts.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using dashboards and metrics to demonstrate ROI.
