Tech Project Manager – Hybrid (Metro Manila)

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of custom Data and AI solutions for a fast‑growing startup. Based in Metro Manila, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating closely with clients and development teams to turn business problems into market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from problem diagnosis, scope definition, and solution design to implementation and delivery.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication from initial assessment through expansion phases.
• Define project timelines, quality standards, and profitability margins for each engagement.
• Coordinate with developers to translate approved designs into functional products.
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT Entrepreneurship or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering technical or software projects from inception to launch.
• Strong commercial sense with the ability to balance scope, margin, and client expectations.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and be trusted with early‑stage client engagements.
• Analytical mindset that prioritises deep problem understanding before proposing solutions.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) applied to tech projects.
• Experience with Data and AI product development cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
