Tech Project Manager - Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of custom data and AI solutions for our client in Metro Manila. Working in a hybrid setup (three days remote, two days onsite), you will act as the primary consultant, understanding business objectives, defining scope, and guiding development teams to successful product launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from diagnosis, scope definition, and solution design to delivery and post‑implementation expansion.
• Maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the engagement.
• Oversee timelines, quality standards, and profitability margins for each project.
• Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to translate approved solutions into functional products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT Entrepreneurship or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering technical or software projects from inception to completion.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to manage scope and margin.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and earn client trust early in the engagement.
• Analytical approach that prioritises deep problem understanding before proposing solutions.
