Tech Project Manager - Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of custom Data and AI solutions for a fast‑growing startup in Metro Manila. The role is hybrid, combining three days of remote work with two days onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from problem diagnosis to solution design, scope definition and client sign‑off.
• Maintain the client relationship throughout the engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define the scope of custom Data/AI products and manage delivery timelines, quality standards and profit margins.
• Coordinate with development teams to translate approved designs into functional solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT Entrepreneurship or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing technical or software projects from inception to completion.
• Commercial mindset with focus on scope, margin and profitability.
• Ability to work independently and be trusted with early‑stage client engagements.
• Strong diagnostic approach – deep understanding of problems before proposing solutions.
