Teammate (Mandarin) - Customer Support

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is hiring Mandarin-speaking Teammates in Bacoor. The Teammate provides accurate, efficient and respectful service to clients on every call, meeting client Key Performance Indicators and following quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls
• Answer email and live chat inquiries accurately and on time
• Filter content from the client's website and perform data and research functions
• Provide basic troubleshooting support and manage and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to the right resources
• Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
• Meet client KPIs and follow a continuous improvement approach
• Keep login and password credentials confidential and take part in required training and seminars
• Give feedback to management on problems or areas for improvement and perform other duties assigned

Required profile

• Willingness to work on cyclical schedules
• Experience in phone, email and live chat support is a plus; experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections or technical support is even better
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, and adaptable to frequent process changes

Required skills

• Computer literacy with Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for non-voice campaigns
