Team Leader – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations at DHL Supply Chain. The role involves ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team of associates in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and enforce HSE policies, report accidents, incidents and near‑misses, and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Maintain security, safety, and quality standards on the dock, including proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Monitor daily quality metrics, identify deviations, raise corrective actions, and support root‑cause investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance KPIs and implementing best practices.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound, picking, packing and shipping.
• Experience with inventory management and performance measurement.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
