Team Leader - Order Management Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee our Order Management Solutions team. In this role you will coordinate with team members and stations to ensure timely, accurate documentation for customers while driving continuous improvement and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members to meet performance targets and adhere to procedures.
• Coordinate departmental activities to guarantee quality and timeliness of documentation.
• Provide guidance on documentation requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements.
• Manage staff scheduling, work assignments, and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss productivity, share feedback, and foster engagement.
• Ensure quality control, drive employee engagement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous learning and development within the team.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or back‑office operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people‑management abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
