Team Leader – Call Center

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a proactive Team Leader to supervise a group of call‑center associates. You will ensure daily operations meet performance, quality, and client standards while fostering a motivated and accountable team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate work, monitor attendance and enforce company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide weekly coaching, performance feedback and development plans.
• Identify and address performance issues, including corrective actions up to termination.
• Maintain service delivery that meets contractual KPIs, quality and financial targets.
• Communicate expectations, updates and operational changes promptly.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for escalated customer concerns.
• Lead regular team meetings, team‑building and recognition activities.
• Stay current on internal processes, policies, procedures and client requirements.
• Participate in leadership development programs and champion Concentrix values.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience as a Team Leader or equivalent in a call‑center environment.
• Experience with airline/travel accounts is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and motivational abilities.
• Organizational, interpersonal and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
