About the role
We are looking for a Team Leader with strong experience in the Australian market to manage a remote call centre team on a dayshift schedule. The role is fully work‑from‑home and focuses on delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of agents handling Australian customers.
- Ensure day‑shift operations run smoothly from a remote location.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the Australian market.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely during morning shift.
