Team Lead, Global ATR

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Team Lead for the Global Account to Report (ATR) function within its Global Services Finance organization. The role will oversee accounting and daily operations for legal reporting and audit processes, ensuring timely financial closes and compliance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence and lead accounting activities for legal reporting and audit.
• Ensure timely period closing, compliance with SLA, internal audit and SOX requirements.
• Drive team expertise on worldwide procedures and compliance.
• Support auditors and legal authorities, monitor internal controls and achieve adequate audit ratings.
• Attract, develop and retain a high‑performing, diverse team; manage performance and succession planning.
• Act as a trusted business partner, championing strategy, solutions and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in a shared‑service or BPO environment.
• Background in global Account to Report, continuous improvement and process transformation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Open to mid‑shift work and fluent in English.
