About the role
The Teachers’ Salary Loans Associate supports teachers in obtaining salary‑based loans. The role involves field visits, processing applications and maintaining accurate records while providing friendly service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in applying for salary‑linked loans.
- Conduct fieldwork and visit loan applicants using a motorcycle.
- Collect and verify required documentation.
- Maintain loan records and reports using MS Office and internet tools.
- Communicate with applicants to provide updates and resolve queries.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motorcycle.
- Highly motivated and enjoys fieldwork.
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Effective use of the internet for research and communication.
