Tax Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Senior Associate to join CohnReznick’s Philippines office. The role will support the Tax Team in delivering high‑quality tax services to US‑based clients, working in a hybrid environment with regular in‑office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements on specific client accounts, overseeing planning, execution and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed work plans, budgets and schedules for tax projects.
• Participate actively in proposal development and business development activities.
• Manage a team of associates and interns, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain effective client communication, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Accounting/Taxation preferred.
• CPA, JD or EA designation preferred.
• 3‑5 years of US tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience with multistate income tax and fiduciary (trust/estate) tax.
• Real‑estate industry tax experience is a plus.
