Tax Consultant

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a motivated Tax Consultant to join its hybrid team in Clark, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality Australian tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base, including individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships. You will work Monday‑Friday on‑site and remotely, supporting both day‑to‑day compliance and strategic tax planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Australian tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships, covering income tax, GST, FBT and CGT.
• Provide tax structuring advice across personal, corporate and multi‑tier trust arrangements, including cross‑border considerations.
• Draft and submit complex documentation, compliance reports and audit responses to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
• Conduct technical research on domestic and international tax issues and produce written briefs for senior partners.
• Maintain electronic client files, monitor regulatory changes and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in Australian tax consulting or corporate tax compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian tax legislation (Income Tax, GST, FBT, CGT).
• Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
