Tax Consultant – Australian Tax Advisory

About the role

Join a leading global advisory firm as a Tax Consultant, focusing on Australian tax matters. You will work on complex transactions, GST, and regulatory requirements while gaining international exposure through a hybrid setup based in Pampanga.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Australian tax returns and advisory reports for senior review.
• Conduct technical research and draft advice on income tax, GST, cross‑border transactions and indirect tax.
• Provide tax advice for asset acquisitions, divestments, financing arrangements and IPO structuring.
• Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office during audits, reviews and disputes.
• Monitor legislative changes and apply updated tax requirements to client engagements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Accounting or related field with taxation coursework.
• CA or CTA qualification (or currently pursuing).
• 4‑5 years of experience in Australian tax consulting, advisory, insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
