Tax Accountant – Global Big Four Role

About the role

Join a newly established Pioneer team within a Big Four environment, supporting Australian private businesses, family enterprises, and growing companies. This full‑time position offers a hybrid work‑from‑home setup in Pampanga with opportunities to travel to Australia and advance your global career.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Australian financial statements for multiple entity structures and ensure audit readiness.
• Process journals in client accounting systems and develop supporting workpapers.
• Compile and review Australian income tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) in line with Australian GST requirements.
• Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office on client matters and provide advisory support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian public practice accounting.
• Exposure to SME and mid‑market clients with turnover between AUD 5 M and 100 M+.
• Proven experience preparing Australian financial statements, tax workpapers, and income tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, GST, and compliance obligations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication abilities.
