About the role

The 360 Companies, a fast‑growing staffing firm, is looking for a Talent Recruiter to build a pipeline of CDL drivers for its US clients. The position is based 100% on‑site at Cebu IT Park and works the US Pacific Time shift (8 am‑5 pm PST).

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified CDL driver candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist) and the internal BH ATS.
• Present vetted candidates to US Client Account Managers and manage open job orders.
• Handle application, onboarding, and hiring processes for selected drivers.
• Assist with weekly electronic time‑card collection and ensure payroll accuracy for placed drivers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.
• Interact with clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide post‑placement follow‑up and resolve candidate or client issues.
• Lead client intake meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams to review job orders and hiring challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment experience for US markets.
• Experience presenting candidates to US hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work the US PST shift; prior night‑shift experience required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, energetic attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
