Talent Development Officer

About the role

The Talent Development Officer will be based on-site in Cebu and will design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that boost employee skills, support career growth and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning materials.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and on‑the‑job training.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and operations leaders on succession planning, performance development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Recommend improvements to learning and development processes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design, implement and evaluate L&D programs (classroom, on‑the‑job, digital).
• Strong facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent management or HR functions such as performance management, coaching and succession planning.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience in the food‑and‑beverage or hospitality sector, though not required.
