About the role

We are seeking a strategic Learning & Development leader to shape our talent development function. You will oversee team capabilities, design training programs, and craft learning strategies that drive continuous growth and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute L&D strategy in partnership with business leaders.
• Design, develop, and deliver training curricula that address skill gaps.
• Manage a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Measure the impact of learning initiatives and refine programs based on data.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate development pathways.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading L&D or talent development functions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into effective learning solutions.
