About the role
Adventus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle. The role involves managing end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities, from initial job requisition through to pre‑onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes.
- Conduct job requisition and intake meetings with hiring managers.
- Coordinate pre‑onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
Required profile
- Ability to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to pre‑onboarding.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers.
