Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for front‑line, professional and officer‑level positions at DHL Supply Chain Philippines. Working closely with hiring managers, you will attract, assess and secure top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer for a variety of roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, talent pools and networking.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and competency‑based interviews, prepare evaluation summaries and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and business leaders.
• Partner with site operations leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in logistics or related industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to assess candidate fit against role requirements and company culture.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining recruitment policies and standards.

Required skills

• Experience with various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals).
• Competency‑based interviewing techniques.
• Ability to create and manage talent pipelines.
