Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for various business units in Cagayan De Oro. The role combines sourcing, candidate assessment, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment for the call‑center/BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned tracks, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and conduct calibration sessions.
• Create and maintain job advertisements on the company website and external portals.
• Develop new sourcing channels and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screen applications, endorse qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Facilitate interview processes, draft employment contracts, and extend job offers.
• Prepare regular hiring reports for Operations and HR stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and sourcing best‑practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment or HR operations experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across all levels.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
